DELIVERY

Every garment is made individually per order. Please allow up to 7 days for your item(s) to be carefully produced.

Once your item(s) are completed they will be quality inspected by the team before dispatch. In the rare event that a garment does not meet our quality standards, a replacement will be made at no additional cost to ensure you receive the quality expected from SEKSÍ. You will be notified by our customer support team if this occurs.

Once your order has passed quality control, it will be shipped according to your selected delivery method at checkout. We offer First Class and Next Day Delivery options. In-Stock items are typically processed the same day and will be dispatched sooner. We ship orders Monday-Friday. If your order is placed on a Saturday, it will be dispatched the following Monday. Our cut-off time for same day processing is 1pm BST. Any orders received after this time will be dispatched at the earliest time the next day.

We aim to deliver your item(s) to you as soon as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your delivery status.

We currently only ship within the UK and the EU however, we are working towards offering worldwide shipping. Please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods, holidays or due to unforeseen courier delays outside of our control.
