Refund policy
RETURNS POLICY
If you wish to return your item(s), you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You then have 7 days to return your order to the provided address given to you. The item(s) must be in its original condition with the original packaging and all tags still attached. Any garments that appear to be worn, washed or altered with in any way will be refused. Please take extra care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept any items with makeup stains, deodorant, fake tan marks or perfume/body odours. Avoid wearing jewellery when trying your item(s) on as some of our fabrics are extremely delicate. Any returns that are not in their original condition will be rejected and returned to you. If you notice any faults with your garment when you receive your order, please flag this to our customer support team 'support@seksi.uk' immediately with images. The items must be returned to our address and inspected before any refund or exchange can be issued. Once your item(s) have been inspected and are approved for a refund, please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed into your original payment method. The delivery charge will not be refunded. We DO NOT accept returns on sale items, gift cards or intimate items for hygiene reasons. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and we are not at fault for the loss of your package. We recommend to use a reliable, tracking service.
EXCHANGE POLICY
The ability to fulfil exchange requests will be subject stock availability at the time of the request. Exchanges can only be made on same style items in a different size. Please contact our customer support team 'support@seksi.uk' or fill in our contact form via our 'CONTACT' page for further help.
